Tonight television cameras recording the drama as it unfolded on the
course. Ramrod Ramsey having been three strokes off the lead with
three holes to play charged to victory on the final hole by sinking a
twenty metre putt which was off the green to deny rookie Robo
Johnstone glory. Ramrod carded the lowest winning total in the history
of the tournament with a two over par 34.
